NEEDLES AND NOTIONS:

2.5 mm circular needle, 80 cm 1 cable needle
2.5 mm or smaller spare circular needle 2.5 mm crochet hook
1 stitch cable stitch markers

GAUGE: 32 sts x 40 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch with 2.5 mm needles

SUGGESTED YARN:
Yarn by Laurel Knits SuperSock (100 g = 400 m) or Hjertegarn Armonia (50 g = 200 m)

YARN CONSUMPTION:
Main color: 70 (80) g of suggested yarn or at least 280 (320) m of other Fingering weight sock yarn
Contrast color 1: (stems) 2.5 g or 10 m of Fingering weight sock yarn
Contrast color 2: (flowers) 1.5 g or 6 m of Fingering weight sock yarn (or Sport weight yarn if you want puffier flowers)

TECHNIQUES:
The socks are knitted cuff-down using the Magic Loop technique.
The floral pattern on the legs is worked in stranded colorwork and twisted cable knit.

The flower stems are crocheted onto the work using the Vertical Plaid Knitting technique before knitting the heel.
The socks feature a Dutch heel and a wide ribbon decrease at the toe.
