The cardigan is worked top-down in garter stitch, with the body worked flat and the sleeves worked in the round on circular needles (or DPNs).
Short rows are worked at the back of the neck to improve the fit.
The neckline, front edges, armholes, and hem are finished with an I-cord edge worked simultaneously with the piece.
The yoke features a fern-cable pattern that neatly hides the yoke increases.
